• To provide job matching services
• To improve our AI interview engine

4. Sensitive Information – AI Interviews

Your AI interview data is sensitive. We will ask for your separate, explicit consent (a checkbox) before any AI interview. You can withdraw consent anytime via your account settings.

5. Third Parties & Data Transfer

• Sharing: We share your profile and scores with employers (only with your consent).
• Storage: Data from Chinese users is stored within China.
• Cross-border transfer: If we need to send data outside China, we will get your separate consent first.

6. Retention

• Account data: until you delete your account
• AI interview data: 2 years
• After deletion or expiry, data is deleted within 30 days

7. Your Rights

You can access, correct, or delete your personal data anytime. We will respond within 15 days (China) / 30 days (GDPR).

8. Automated Decisions (AI Engine)

Our AI makes scores and recommendations. You can opt out or request human review anytime.

9. Minors

Our platform is not for users under 16 (under 14 in China). We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

10. Security & Breach

We use encryption (TLS, AES-256). If a data breach occurs, we will notify affected users and regulators as required by law.

11. Changes

If we make material changes, we will notify you via platform message. Continued use means acceptance.
