By accessing or using TalentSpace, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. Use of the Platform

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately via contact.
  • You agree not to misuse the platform, including:
    • Submitting false or misleading information
    • Attempting to manipulate AI interview results (e.g., using bots, multiple accounts, or external tools)
    • Reverse-engineering or scraping any part of the platform
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for any violation of these Terms.

2. Talent Profiles

  • By creating a profile, you grant TalentSpace a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display your public profile information (headline, skills, and verified status) to potential employers.
  • Your full identity (name, contact details) remains hidden until you explicitly accept a connection request from a company.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile information. False information may lead to permanent ban.

3. AI Interviews – Important Disclosures

  • Interview transcripts and scores are generated by our AI engine and are used to verify skill depth.
  • These results may be shared only with companies you have explicitly approved.
  • Human review: You may request a human review of any AI-generated decision by contacting us via contact.
  • No sole automated decisions: We do not make final hiring decisions. Companies make their own independent decisions.
  • Data deletion: You may request deletion of your interview data at any time via your account settings or contact. We will comply within 15 days (or as required by law).
  • Warning: AI results are estimates, not guarantees. We do not guarantee interview accuracy or that you will receive job offers.

4. Intellectual Property

  • Our IP: All content, branding, technology, and AI models on TalentSpace are owned by TalentSpace, Inc. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer them.
  • Your IP: You retain full ownership of the content you submit (resumes, profile data, etc.). You grant us a license to store, process, and display it as necessary to provide our services.
  • Feedback: If you provide suggestions or feedback, you grant us a royalty-free, worldwide license to use it without compensation.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

TalentSpace is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • Accuracy of AI interview results
  • Availability or uptime of the platform
  • That you will receive any job offers or matches

We do not guarantee that the platform is error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • TalentSpace is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
  • Total liability for any claim related to these Terms or the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (or $100 if you paid nothing).
  • We are not responsible for any hiring, firing, or employment decisions made by companies based on AI interview results or profile information.

Exception: Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, personal injury, or willful misconduct where prohibited by law.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TalentSpace, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your misuse of the platform
  • False or misleading information you provide

8. Termination

  • You may delete your account at any time via account settings.
  • We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms.
  • Upon termination, we will delete your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy (within 30 days unless retention is required by law).

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Your location determines applicable law and dispute resolution:

Class action waiver: All disputes must be brought individually, not as a class action, to the extent permitted by law.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via platform message or email (if available).

Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the platform and delete your account.
